                   Il leader della maggioranza al Senato statunitense, **Harry Reid**, dissente dalla visione da “bullismo preventivo” nella gestione dei rapporti internazionali di cui ha recentemente [dato prova](http://www.reuters.com/article/wtMostRead/idUSN2224332720080422) la (politicamente) moribonda **Hillary Clinton**. La credibilità difficilmente origina dai proclami, neppure da quelli più truculenti. Anche perché di solito il cane che abbaia ha difficoltà a mordere:
