May 6 (Bloomberg) — Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez comments on the alleged dangers of television shows from abroad. Chavez spoke during a televised speech in Caracas.“Be careful with your children. The television shows they send us from abroad are poisoned because sometimes there are codes you can’t see due to the speed of the image. They plant codes. Poison. At normal speed, you can’t see them. Only with a slow camera, sometimes you can see them. Subliminal codes of violence to destroy the beauty of human beings, above all boys and girls.”
